Attempting Guac using taiwanese advocados. it wasnt that bitter actually. it turned out well i like it :D
so first, lets toast some chicken, marinated with fresh ground pepper, salt, chipotle, cummin seeds, white wine and extra virgin olive oil. then shred it n put aside
then get your whole wheat grains bread soft n ready, spread with cream cheese instead of mayo
put on a layer of sprouts (its not my fav, but in this case its yummyyy!)
some yuummmyy sharp cheddar instead of swiss
the chicken you shredded earlier
another piece of bread.... mmmmm
